Our Founder : Ravi Kumar G
Our founder, Ravi Kumar G is a Graduate from Bangalore University- 1993 batch pass out with additional qualifications as such as GNIIT (Graduate NIIT), MCSE and SCJP certifications. He has 20 years of experience (1993 – 2013) in the IT field having played diverse roles such as Technical Trainer, Developer, Assessment & Recruitment Consultant etc. Of the various organizations that he worked with the two prominent ones are MeritTrac Services Private Limited, Bengaluru (2000 – 2008) and TalentQ Psychometric Assessments, Mumbai (2012 – 2013). He was the India head during his tenure in the respective companies in the capacity of which he was solely responsible (along with the team) for assessing over 1 million candidates in domains such as Aptitude, English, Programming and other non-IT verticals. In TalentQ, it was more to do with Psychometric Assessments for which it was mandated for him to clear the Level A and Level B certifications from The Briticsh Psychological Society (BPS), London which he did accomplish successfully
In early 2013, he quit the corporate industry due to various personal and professional reasons and then switched over to entrepreneurship on something very different from mid-2013 onwards! From humble beginnings, there was no turning back till date he, along with his team have achieved several milestones and many more to cross in the near future!
We have a team comprising of professionals from diverse fields such as hospitality industry, travel industry and the FMCG verticals who are adept to handle all kinds of jobs and processes pertinent to our industry and in particular our overseas services industry.
We have a unique working model called as the aggregator services. Which means that people of different verticals working from different locations (maybe from Bengaluru or outside Bengaluru or even outside India). Sometimes, to deliver one service people from multiple cities coordinate with each other and ensure that the work is done.
