BLUE SAPPHIRE OVERSEAS SERVICES was started with humble beginnings (originally in the name of Blue Sapphire Professional Services) in the mid 2013 in Bengaluru providing services mainly in the area of Financial and Insurance Services. After about six months, we renamed it as Blue Sapphire Overseas Services and started to impart services such as Passports, PCC (Police Clearance Certificate), Police Verification Certificate (PVC) and later diversified to Visas, Travel Insurance, Apostille and Attestations and finally Foreign Exchange.
It has been 13 long years (since 2013) since we diversified into the Overseas Services business, and we take pride in getting delivered close to 5,000 passports, 1,000 PCCs, 1,000 Visas (mostly the top 10 countries of which Schengen is a composite Visa), etc.
In the recent months, we are primarily catering to clientele (both retail and corporate alike) who wish to travel to the USA for various reasons such as Business, Travel / Tourism, Medical Emergencies, etc. This category of Visa called as either the B1, B2 or B1/B2 is what we are working on for the last one year. And here too, we continued our legacy by processing about 40 B1/B2 applications this year (i.e. FY 2025 – 2026) and in that, 35 applicants got their Visas approved!
Last, but not the least, there are services such as International Travel Insurance, Forex, Air Ticketing which is also part of the bouquet of services that we offer. There is also another niche service that we offer called as the Apostille and Attestation service. This is especially required for people who are either applying for higher studies or jobs abroad. Primarily, we have noticed that people who travel for jobs in the UAE who come to us for Apostille services. Documents such as Birth Certificates, Educational Certificates, Marriage certificates are required to be attested by the concerned embassies UAE in this case. This is called as the MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) certified attestation which we get it done in a seamless manner. It usually takes about 8 – 10 working days since the attestation is done by the UAE Embassy which is located in New Delhi.
